Returns

Defective product:

In the event that the product is defective at the factory, the customer will have a period of 14 days to send us to plaguedwear @gmail.com the reason, the order number and images in which the defect can be clearly distinguished.

Our quality department and that of the manufacturer will carry out the corresponding assessment; if accepted, we will send you a new replacement product, depending on availability.

Non-defective product:

No return or exchange of the product will be accepted for any other reason except factory defect, since all orders are made at the customer's request.

Under no circumstances will the return of products that have been manipulated be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted due to calculation errors when placing the order.

Plague Wear is only responsible for the replacement of defective items.

For technical reasons, please note that the color of the products may vary slightly from the image available on our website, both the color of the printed designs and the color of the garments. We recommend that, if in doubt, contact us at plaguedwear @gmail.com

Shipping

Currently we only have Standard shipping for the European Union, although we are working on expanding the shipping types and customizing them by country:

EU Standard Shipping (between 7 and 15 days):

Free shipping for orders over €50.

European Union	Orders less than €50: €5.90*
European Union	Orders over €50: Free

* The shipping cost is the same regardless of the number of products in the order.
